Date: March 31, 2009
Subject: Noise in the Office
This letter that is present to you is a complaint. My complaint is that some other co-workers are being very inconsiderate, disobedient and noisy to others where we work.
How can you expect us to be at our full potential if we are constantly getting distracted by all the noise that is being generated and yet nothing has been done to stop this act of foolishness? So please, do something about it.

* Discuss Ways To Participate Effectively
By, always being open minded, would be one to show that you are a very intellegent person, exspecially if your a minority, in which "white people" (or other similar) would try to judge you as another intellectual of that racial statice. Also, don't be so argressive and try to dominate the other by giving demands to others and try to throw critisizim to others. Which, will eventualy lead to a conflict and which could lead to a termination of your job or another fellow co-worker.
Some judements could break out when you open your idea, so always keep your cool, by tell that person to shut up. or go all the way by saying f-U! etc.

What is Recession, can Recession affect my job in the future??
Recession means "In economics, the term recession generally describes the reduction of a country's gross domestic product (GDP) for at least two quarters.[1][2] The usual dictionary definition is "a period of reduced economic activity", a business cycle contraction.[3][4]
The United States-based National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) defines economic recession as: "a significant decline in [the] economic activity spread across the economy, lasting more than a few months, normally visible in real GDP growth, real personal income, employment (non-farm payrolls), industrial production, and wholesale-retail sales."[5]".
Yes! a Recssion can no doubt affect your seeking job problem because if there is, like now, because, people are losin there jobs. and it would be alot harder to find the desired job that you want.!!

What Is In Demand Job Right Now????
Umm, well i dont really know what it means, but "it think" it means, is a job or tempoary job to be exact which would be used for a while till you get promoted to another job that has much higher and better prospectives.
Why is a Resume Important??
Well, in my prospective, the way i see it, i think its very important because if your an employer, then you would have to know who, and why your hireing this person, because if you dont, you might not know the backround the person ahs and how much knowledge the indivduil has. Maybe in a senarieo, you might hire a person that has not much skills in a certain category that they could fail and make the employer look bad.
So yes its important!
So yes its important!

Discuss the Lifestyle
Well, the lifestyle is what you do at home, work ect. If your lifestyle is more organized then the average indavidual, then you would be more likely to get a job, then a person who is very sloppy, and poor organization skills. Yet, if you are more skilled at a certain kind of skill then you would probably go for that job, so for example, if like to organize CD'S, then you would might want to work in a music storw where you would have to organize the object. But, if you do something like a teacher where they should, be organized by organizing papers, you most likely not like that job so then you would not like that job and eventually quite! So i depends on how you are, and you choose the desired job you want.
Discuss the Experience
Well, to have Experience would be a good thing, because you would be more likely to get the job if you got a lot of experience, then the other indevidual if they dont got that much experience. SO, to get those experience it would be best to volonteer for activeities that invovle the job, occupation, or career you are aiming for.
Dicuss the Educational Needed for The Job
Well, for every job a Education is required, well mostly every job. Esp for a job that is higher than the cheap average jobs like if you would work at Mc Donalds or something or like a Janitor, maybe all you would need is just a High School Diploma. But if want a higher more sophisticated job like a Nurse, Teacher, Lawer, ect,. You would have to get a higher Education for your desired goal if you choose to get those kind of job. But basicly, they would mostly just teach you the same crap as they did in grade school, so it would be better to get "Hands On Training" would be a better respective, in my opinoin.

What I would want to be doing in the next 20 years!!
Well, i've said this a bunch of times in this class that i could be ignoing, possibly. Iwould want to be a Realtor for a big a good company that sells nice luxorious houses that are very expensive.
Plus, i would want to live in a very nice place with a nice house that has a safe enviroment like Compton, California.. Just kidding, somwhere like Scottsdale or Paridise Vally, and Tempe.
To get this goal that i want so much i would have to be so dedicated to this, like take out time of my precious life! But, i would be facing a bunch of challenges that could bring me down from my desired future, well, thats a part of life...
So, in my conclusion, thats what i would want to be in the next 20 years of my life!

Why is it important to have a Goal??
Well, there are so many reason to have a Goal in life. Well the main one in my opinion is to know where you are going in life, and other respectives. There would be some other reasons like maybe other personal reasons, like to impress someone to get a better self-image of yourself and by others.
Or, ucould be inspired by someone close, or someone you respect that you would want to be like them in many ways or maybe just a few reasons.

His main message was just to tell all the Native people to be stong, and don't be so insecure about them selfs, and be Proud!
The Presenter is name is "Howard Rainer" and he is a Native from a place somewhere near Santa Fe, New Mexico. His homeplace was ravaged by other outsiders that were possible un Native.
As the conclusion of his Presentaion, he sang a song that was very Stong, in which he said that , that song had being passed down for about two hundred years. It was sang be a person who wanted to be a leader to stand up for his people, because he helped motivate the people to stop running away from the ravager and stand up to them and fight.
So as my conclusion, it was a very Strong speech and it made me feel Proud of who i am.

What Job I've Learned at GAHS
What i've learned!
Well, there are many jobs here at Grey Hills Academy High School, like for example, there are Teachers, Adminastration, (in which they take care off student buisness, like Student Attendents, ect)Other ones would be as a chef or something similar, and arts ect.
There are alos other jobs, which i dont really know what they are called, but i can just tell u whats there occupation, one, is where they take care off the student, staff environment, to make sure the building is o.k, and no flaws (for example, messed up air conditioning, damages to the building, ect) & another where a person takes care of buisness, by keeping them organized, the person is call a secretary.... (dont really know if thats how u spell it.)
Well thats what i've learned on our tour around the school, i've learned alot more but dont have time to do so.

My Values. and Which Career Could Relate
Well my values, well lets see, umm. My biggest value would be "Earn Money" and "Helping Other People", due to the fact that i would love to "Earn Money", lots, to be exact, i mean just like other people, and to spend the Money on my self and the dearest people i know..
"Helping other People" would be another Big Value to me, because i was taught not to be disrespectful to other people (which is obvious, because im never mean to anybody, well mostly everbody), so a Realtor, helps people by selling them homes so they can live in ect.

My Life
Well, umm, where do we get started?? I was was born in raised in Phoenix Arizona all the way up to the second grade. The when i was in third grade, i moved to Aurora Colorado, wch is located in central part of Colorado. I miss Colorado so much because it would always Snow! (But, sadly, im here on the Rezervation... lol!) I stayed in Colorado until fouth grade.
Then, in fifth grade we moved to Cowsprings AZwhich is located by... umm... i dont really know how to describe it... because its in the middle of now where, and the nearst store, or any larger populations would be south of Cowsprings, in Tonalea AZ....
Well, from there i went to school at Eagles Nest Intermidate School which was O.K! But, Yet, way different! from a city school (no offense to people who might get offended). From there i went to school there from fifth to sixth...
Then, off to Junior High! In Tuba City! Well, that school was awsome (which i adapted more to the Rezervation School's ways.) Because, i met new people there... so i went to school there from seventh to eighth. Until i got promoted to nineth (Freshman) grade.
Well, now present! Im here in the High School! not just any high school! to be exact, Greyhills Academy High School! its pretty awsome, becuase i met some old people from along time ago that went to a different school... like Kimbo (Kimberly) ect. Plus, i met some new people... like Leandra..ect..
Well thats about it for now....
